Mad Monnie Designer Jewellery & Beads was established in 2004 by Monica Anthon. Starting up initially as a hobby with her desire to be adorned in beautiful jewellery that didn't cost the earth, the business soon grew into one of Brisbane's leading retail beading supplies & jewellery outlets.

A large part of the business is aimed at the DIY market by running classes and selling a large range of beads, gemstones, pearls, precious metal findings and DIY kits for those who do have the desire to create their own beautiful jewellery at a fraction of the cost.

For those who don't have the desire (or time) to DIY, we provide services such as custom made jewellery & accessories, jewellery repairs, cleaning as well as the rejuvenation and redesigning of old jewellery.
